03 Orders & Order Confirmation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us, either by message or email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, repeated failed deliveries, or unavailable stock.

• Please double check your delivery address and contact number before confirming your order, as this helps us avoid delivery delays.
• Orders once dispatched cannot be changed. Contact us as early as possible if you need to make changes.

04 Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on this website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, though any change will not affect an order already confirmed.

We accept payment via Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa. In the rare event of a pricing error on the website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund where payment has already been made.

05 Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. Payment is made in cash to the delivery rider at the time your order is handed to you. No advance payment is required for COD orders.

• We may contact you by call or WhatsApp to confirm your order before it is dispatched.
• Repeated refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in COD being restricted for future orders on your account.

06 Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through our courier partners. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days, though remote areas may take a little longer. Delivery is free on orders above PKR 3,000, with a standard delivery charge applying below that threshold.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you. Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays and weather conditions.

07 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with a photo or video, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
• For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

We make every effort to display our products, including colors and textures, as accurately as possible. Please note that slight variations may appear due to differences in screen display and lighting during photography. Product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice.
